Position Objective: The Interior Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects for various spaces (residential, commercial, corporate, among others), creating functional, aesthetically pleasing environments and tailored to client needs. The candidate will work closely with Architect Héctor Vela and the entire team, as well as with suppliers and clients to ensure the accurate implementation of designs. Responsibilities: 1\. Client analysis and consultation: * Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives. * Present design proposals aligned with the client's vision and requirements. 2\. Space design and planning: Guided and Authorized by (General Director) * Develop concepts and drawings using AutoCAD or related design software, considering space layout, functionality, and aesthetics. * Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories for each project. * Create visual representations through drawings, renders, photographs, etc., to convey ideas to the client. 3\. Project management: * Coordinate and supervise the execution of design work, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. * Collaborate with contractors, carpenters, upholsterers, and other suppliers for design implementation. * Conduct follow-up and inspection visits during construction to guarantee that the project is executed according to the agreed design. 4\.
