




**Grupo Flosol, within its Hotel segment, we are looking for:** **RECRUITER** **PUERTO VALLARTA** * Education: Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields. * Experience: 1 year in Human Resources. * Managing a workforce of over 150 employees. * Proficiency in HR ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Workbeat or similar. **Experience:** * Competency-based recruitment and interviewing. * Management of social media and recruitment channels. * Develop retention strategies, reduce absenteeism, and improve workplace climate. * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS. * Personnel file management. **Competencies:** * Results orientation * Service attitude * Responsibility * Business vision * Customer focus * Decision making * Supervision * Focus on results **We offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $15,000.00 * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Direct hiring by the company **·Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
