WE ARE LOOKING FOR: CASH FLOW ANALYST Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the position. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum 1 year of experience in concrete production, concrete plants, or construction materials industry. General objective: **Plan, analyze, and control the organization's cash flow** by scheduling payments and overseeing the necessary information for accurate forecasting and execution (invoicing, progress payments, delivery notes, quotations, purchase orders, material consumption, and collections), **in coordination with various company departments** (production, logistics, construction sites, sales, maintenance, human resources, and accounting), in order to **ensure continuous operations, fulfillment of financial obligations, and delivery of reliable information to General Accounting.** Key responsibilities: * Plan and analyze variations in operating expenses. * Make operational\-strategic decisions. * Monitor and forecast cash flow. * Optimize cash management. * Implement policies and procedures to improve processes. * Prepare reports.
