Coordinates audits and prepares financial reports for management **General Accountant** An automotive dealership seeks a **General Accountant** responsible for the accurate management of the company’s accounting, tax, and financial operations, ensuring compliance with authorities’ requirements and efficient control of resources. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a General Accountant (preferably in the automotive or retail sector) * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax regulations * Proficiency in accounting systems (CONTPAQi, SAP, or similar) * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Experience handling high-volume transaction processing * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Responsibilities:** * Tax filings * Preparation and analysis of financial statements * Proficiency in Excel and other technological tools * Continuous updating on tax regulations * Supervision of accounting records (revenues, expenses, provisions) * Calculation and filing of taxes (VAT, Income Tax, DIOT, etc.) * Compliance with tax obligations before the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service) * Bank reconciliations and control of accounts receivable/payable * Payroll and social security management (IMSS, SUA, IDSE) * Inventory control (spare parts and vehicles) * Coordination of internal and external audits * Preparation of financial reports for management **Competencies:** * Numerical analysis * Attention to detail * Organization and accountability * Ability to handle confidential information * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer:** * Competitive salary \+ bonuses * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment
