***We are looking for an Integrated Waste Management Supervisor (RSU, RP's, RME)*** **Profile:** Gender indifferent Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Administration, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience Ability to drive (valid driver's license) Up-to-date documentation Proactive and organized **Job Responsibilities** * Planning and operational execution of waste collection and/or cleaning routes, and disposal. * Verification of legal compliance (labeling, manifests, logs, collection slips). * Supervision of assigned personnel (attendance, performance, use of Personal Protective Equipment, etc.). * Preparation of manifests, logs, and/or waste collection and/or cleaning slips. * Control of inventory for operational supplies (Personal Protective Equipment, cleaning supplies, among others). * Management of Personal Protective Equipment, materials, consumables, etc. * Incident response and rapid reaction. * Generation of operational reports and tracking of key performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (quality, environment, occupational health and safety) where applicable. * Control of documentation for daily operations, including review, data entry, and digitization (waste collection service logs, photographic evidence, outbound shipment logs). **We Offer** Competitive salary ranging from $15,000.00 to $17,000.00 depending on skills.
