Gender: Not specified Experience: Minimum 1 year as TEAM LEADER for a team of 20–30 people in the Automotive Industry. Shift flexibility required Intermediate English mandatory Knowledge: HS Forklift operation IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 standards Firefighting training, first aid / emergency response team / IET Responsibilities: Ensure all personnel wear appropriate PPE Ensure proper personnel allocation in case of absences and/or incidents Validate personnel undergoing training Review and ensure adherence to the production plan Monitor and resolve process-related issues Inventory management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $6,216.27 – $15,004.99 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Relocation/Moving capability: * 78480, Mexquitic de Carmona Centro, S.
