Due to growth and development, we are looking for talented individuals such as: **PRIVATE SECURITY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR FOR ZAPOPAN, JALISCO** Main requirements: * **Discharged military service record and valid driver's license (mandatory)** * Preferred: Completed bachelor’s degree or high school with excellent Office skills. * Experience with weapons and leadership roles managing security personnel. **(desirable)** * At least 2 years of experience in similar positions with good results **(NOT NECESSARILY IN THE SECURITY INDUSTRY).** Responsibilities: * Ensure transmission and compliance of service instructions to each subordinate, providing daily training. * Guide each employee into their work position based on client type and assigned post. * Identify and analyze risks. * Enforce protocols and instructions. Plan, supervise, and carry out patrols (attendance roll calls, logbook reviews, incident or novelty reports, monitoring personnel and vehicle controls and records). * Ensure service coverage (minimize absences and staff turnover). * Detect and deter risk factors, acting responsibly while analyzing internal and external circumstances. * Guarantee adherence to the Code of Ethics and prevent any acts of bribery. * Submit quality and service level reports. * Evaluate personnel performance based on service instructions and client/user needs. **What do we offer?** Variable compensation depending on experience and skills, potentially reaching **$16,000 NET BASE PLUS BONUSES BASED ON PERFORMANCE INDICATORS.** Statutory benefits.
