**Argon Welder – San Luis Potosí** **Integrated Industrial Metallurgical Technologies S.A. de C.V.** **Full-time \| Industrial workshop** **Job Description** At **TIIS** (startup company), we are seeking an experienced **Argon Welder (TIG)** with expertise in sheet metal fabrication and industrial welding to join our production team. The primary responsibility is to perform welding tasks on metal structures, pipelines, and industrial equipment, ensuring quality, precision, and adherence to technical drawings. **Responsibilities** * Interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Perform welding using **TIG, MIG, SMAW** processes as required. * Carry out sheet metal work, assembly, and fabrication of metal parts. * Verify measurements, tolerances, and finishes. * Comply with safety regulations and wear mandatory PPE. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. * Report progress or deviations to the supervisor. * Identify, clean, and prepare materials and welded components. * Assist in interdepartmental activities when needed. * Work in confined spaces when necessary. **Requirements** **Education:** High school or technical high school diploma (preferably in mechanics or metallurgy). **Experience:** 2–3 years in sheet metal fabrication and industrial welding. **Technical Skills:** * TIG, MIG, SMAW processes * Reading and interpreting technical drawings * Welding symbols * Cutting, bending, and measuring tools * Use of hand tools **Competencies:** attention to detail, responsibility, discipline, teamwork.
