Through teamwork and your ideas, we can continue being the trusted partner we need to be today and in the future.**Scope** --------- Division (Plant)**Position Type** ------------------ **Job Description** -------------------------- Objective: * Conduct audits of finished product shipments to ensure that the cargo loaded onto trucks matches the quantity of products specified on the SAP-generated invoice. Additionally, physical inspections of trucks and application of security seals will be performed in accordance with the security programs of the OEA and CTPAT supply chain security programs. Responsibilities: * Supervise the entry of boxes destined for export product loading in the shipping area through audits aligned with the CTPAT and OEA supply chain security programs, thereby achieving program compliance. * Conduct physical condition inspections of boxes to comply with agricultural security requirements under NIF 15, which safeguards Grupo Bocar from becoming a source of contaminants. * Verify that products being loaded into transport containers match the shipping manifest, preventing product loss, and maintain evidence of loaded trucks, which may be used for internal or external requests. * Secure cargo doors, verifying that ISO17712\ security locks are applied in accordance with supply chain security program standards, enabling secure cargo departure. * Record each audited shipment using the provided tablet, accurately completing the questionnaire to generate a historical audit report for all shipments, supporting compliance with supply chain security programs. * Determine whether the shipment process adhered to authorized Grupo Bocar procedures; if deviations are identified, halt loading and notify the Asset Security Coordinator to ensure proper reloading. * Audit plant waste outbound processes, ensuring compliance with Grupo Bocar’s policies and procedures to verify adherence and prevent company losses. * Support the Corporate Security Department in audits related to regulatory compliance, special requirements, and investigations. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- **Required Language** -------------------- Not applicable**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- More than 2 years**Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-Screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
