A leading transportation company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant. Requirements: Experience in recruitment and selection of operational and administrative personnel Application of psychometric tests Solid knowledge of payroll and IMSS, confrontations, payroll calculations Strong understanding of the complete payroll process, including generating payment layouts and executing payments Dynamic individual with a results-driven approach Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Accounting, or related fields Experience in the transportation industry is preferred Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment type: Indefinite term Salary: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
