We are an incubator for your success and can help you achieve whatever your personal and income goals may be. **Appointment Setter / Outbound Caller Position**: We are looking for a bright, courteous, skilled appointment setters to join our team! The purpose of this position is to schedule free energy consultations for prospective homeowners, renters, and business owners with a member of our sales team. This is a full time / remote position. Hours are: 10am \- 2pm and 4pm\-8pm or later depending on how ambitious you are! We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, so please only inquire if you can start immediately. **Responsibilities:** * Use our CRM system to call, email, and text warm leads from our growing list of prospective homeowners to pre\-qualify them for one of our energy programs, obtain a copy of their electric bill, and schedule them for a free consultation with one of our case managers. * Represent Community Electricity in an esteemed manner **Pay:** * Uncapped based performance model. You will have potential to earn base \+ commissions for each client that you scheduled who enrolls in our programs. Earnings can range from $1,640 \- $4,392 a month. * We have bonuses for achieving performance targets. * 30 day commission\- based probationary period.
