At MOBAX, we seek a proactive, organized, and process-oriented professional to coordinate the commercial operations of our low-volume agencies. Join us as: Sales Coordinator Position Objective: Provide operational support and ensure compliance with commercial processes, assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, CRM management, training, and follow-up. Responsibilities: Supervise proper use of the CRM (Upnify). Review and ensure files are complete and properly organized for invoicing. Train new advisors. Identify and report opportunities for improvement. Accompany the team at events and during after-sales service. Coordinate administrative tasks and customer service activities. Mentor new advisors at the agency. Required Profile: Education: Completed high school; technical degree or incomplete university degree. Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator, customer service representative, or commercial support staff. CRM proficiency (Upnify preferred). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to lead and correct deviations. Experience in automotive dealerships, motorcycle dealerships, or specialized retail is desirable. Compensation Package: Base salary: $10,000–$15,000 net monthly (commensurate with experience). Monthly performance-based bonus, scaled according to achievement of the agency’s total sales target. Additional quarterly bonus of $10,000 if the agency achieves PAC sales above 7.0% of units sold. None of our sales positions include statutory benefits.
