A business model that allows us to be the fastest-growing company in the country and offer the market the option for smart grocery shopping. ***Experience:*** * Minimum 3 years in a similar position ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Meet store signing and opening targets according to Tiendas 3B requirements and conditions. * Ensure signed stores are profitable for the company. * Secure the best contract terms for Tiendas 3B. * Collaborate with the Management department to obtain permits and licenses, through to store opening. * Work with the construction department from site assessment of proposed locations through to store opening. * Regularly update and report on new competitors entering the market. * Serve as the primary point of contact between landlords and Tiendas 3B. * Actively participate in developing the master expansion plan with the Regional Expansion Manager. * Propose ROIC sales curves for proposed sites and ensure they meet the company's investment return parameters. ***Education:*** * Academic background related to the field. * Civil Engineering * Architecture * Business Administration * Urban Planning * Related fields Job type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
