




**Position:** Administrative Assistant / Temporary Receptionist **Location:** San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. **Contract duration:** Approximately 3 months (due to maternity leave) **Working hours:** \- Monday to Friday: 9:00AM \- 2:00PM \& 4:00PM \- 7:00PM. **Job description:** We are seeking a responsible, organized individual with excellent customer service attitude to temporarily fill the position of administrative assistant/receptionist in a shared space between a law firm and a medical clinic. The role involves providing administrative support, customer service, and follow-up on both legal and medical processes. **Responsibilities at the law office:** * Daily review of agreements on platforms such as PJESLP, CFJ, SIGEL, SICEE, among others. (Training provided on how to search them) * Schedule appointments arising from agreements or direct requests. * Request monthly employee counts from companies for billing and payment tracking. * Oversee payments for services: electricity, water, internet, insurance, IMSS, etc. * Provide in-person and telephone customer service for the law office. * Organize and manage legal case files. * Coordinate appointments between clients and lawyers. * Follow up on collections and invoice payments. **Responsibilities at the medical clinic:** * Answer calls and messages from the clinic's phone. * Schedule and coordinate medical appointments. * Collect payments for consultations and surgical procedures. * Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments. * Confirm appointments. * Issue invoices for consultations (training provided if no prior experience). * Process billing and upload payment complements for surgeries according to the corresponding health insurance (manual and training provided). **Requirements:** * Previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks (desirable). * Basic knowledge of digital platforms and office tools. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to learn specific processes (billing). * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Proactive, discreet, and empathetic attitude. ***If you are interested in joining this team during this period, please send your CV and a brief cover letter to degacom10@gmail.com with the subject line: Vacante Asistente Administrativa Temporal or apply directly here.*** Type of position: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $8,000\.00 \- $8,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible hours Work location: On-site
