




**Requirements:** * Previous experience in customer service and/or reception (preferably in clinics or medical offices). * Ability to organize schedules and manage multiple tasks. * Basic knowledge of billing and administrative control. * Proficiency with digital tools and instant messaging. * Professional appearance, discretion, and responsibility. * Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner. * Manage appointments and schedules through software and WhatsApp. * Perform collections, billing, and inventory control. * Maintain up-to-date patient records. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (2 hours for lunch) Saturdays 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Position type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
