




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform paste measurements during processing. * Conduct cooking tests. * Analyze packaging material such as rolls, barcodes, sealing, coding, weights, strapping, stacking of finished products, and corrugated box coding. * Take retention samples per production batch for future clarification and re-sampling. * Monitor during the process: gauge, cut, appearance, and product size. * Inspect cleanliness and organization in production and packaging areas. * Participate in establishing corrective actions. * Support root cause investigation of customer complaints. * Sampling and analysis of semolina receipt in the milling area. * Sampling to verify compliance with specifications of in-process products. * Assist in controlling documented system information. * Verify compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Understand and participate in achieving objectives. * Other duties as assigned. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 6 months in a quality and food safety laboratory **EDUCATION:** Chemical Engineer, Food Engineer, Agroindustrial Engineer, Biochemist, QFB, or Technical Degree specializing in Chemistry or related field. **KNOWLEDGE:** Food safety management system, HACCP, Internal Auditor, GMP, Quality Laboratory, Food Processing Job type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 - $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
