Leadership and customer orientation to elevate excellence. **We are seeking a Quality Analyst for our automotive dealership** In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and evaluating quality at our dealership. **Requirements:** * Develop action plans for audits. * Knowledge of and experience applying the KAIZEN methodology. * Conduct internal\-external audits. * Prepare minutes, documents, and dashboards for implementing new objectives. * Identify improvements in existing processes. * Receive and develop action plans for complaints. Mandatory: * Be organized. * Have a strong sense of urgency. * Customer orientation. * Leadership. * Knowledge of quality programs. * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Industrial \- Production or Mechanical Engineering.
