If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.**Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Test Engineer** located in **San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora Site.** Reporting to the **Director, Productio**n, this role involves responsible for implementing and maintaining cost\-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.**What a typical day looks like:*** Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing. * Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data. * Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues. * Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel. * May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software. * Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques. * Resolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements. * Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production. * Create and maintain process documentation. * Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector. * Defines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations. * **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechatronics, or similar engineering. * Engineer with experience in Test Engineer * Advanced English * Personnel administration * Projects in charge with CFT * Development of: Functional tests, ICT, AOI * Root cause analysis * Implementation: DFT and DFM's * Knowledge in statistical process control. * Availability to travel * Visa and valid passport is preferred * Knowledge of C/C\+\+ scripting, familiarity with the MatLab and LabView / test stand software platforms. * Schedule availability. * Leadership * Decision\-making * Data analysis and test development * Self\-directed * Discipline, integrity, and honesty * MS Microsoft Office * Works under pressure. * Organized * **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund. * Life Insurance CP68**Job Category** ---------------- Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
