Job Summary: This role involves managing the purchasing process for medical supplies, materials, and general hospital needs, including supplier negotiation and selection. Key Highlights: 1. Interested candidates may apply through this channel. **Purchasing Supervisor – Clinics** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field, with diploma and professional license. * Preferable experience in healthcare sector supplies (medications, materials) or hospital, clinic, or related procurement. * Experience working in hospitals, clinics, or pharmacies is an advantage but not mandatory. * Proficiency in Office applications; SAP knowledge is desirable. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conducts procurement processes for materials and medications, as well as for other hospital departments (stationery, uniforms, maintenance supplies, etc.) * Manages purchase order processes * Interacts with suppliers (negotiation) * Prepares comparative analysis charts to select the best supplier * Registers new suppliers in the system * Uses SAP and Office applications to record procurement information **Benefits** Performance-based bonus Direct employment with Star Médica Hospitals (No outsourcing) Discounts at department stores, optical shops, restaurants, gyms, bookstores, schools, and medical services.
