Operations Assistant Management (Bachelor’s Degree) Supervise the branch’s operational areas to streamline processes and achieve established sales targets. Key Responsibilities: ° Load merchandise onto distribution vehicles, verifying and cross-checking shipment dispatches against invoices. ° Supervise the implementation of supplier strategies and monitor their effectiveness. ° Establish storage capacity per supplier in coordination with warehouse and procurement departments, considering supplier movement patterns and delivery lead times. ° Supervise proper routing of merchandise to corresponding departments. ° Confirm that received merchandise is inspected to prevent inventory discrepancies. ° Supervise activities according to procedures for self-service, fine-line, extended paper, cashier, warehouse, receiving, and storage personnel, ensuring compliance for optimal branch operations. ° Supervise adherence to established guidelines and policies. ° Authorize internal merchandise transfers after analyzing requested volume, subject to the Manager’s approval. ° Train all direct reports and supervise their activities and results, proactively resolving needs. ° Train all staff on: · Sales standards. · Product knowledge specific to their area. · 5S methodology and area operations. **BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION** * Weekly salary payment. * $1,000 monthly grocery vouchers, tax-free. * Statutory benefits from day one. * **Company-provided mobile phone** * Savings fund. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Free uniforms. * Job stability.
