The role aims to ensure the **operational continuity of IT services**, meeting established service levels and promoting continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines **technical leadership, administrative management, and strategic vision**, with the ability to coordinate resources, analyze information, and guarantee service efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the on-site technical support team. * Ensure SLA compliance, ticket management, and monthly reporting. * Maintain constant communication with the client and identify areas for improvement. * Manage IT inventories and conduct periodic audits. * Plan and execute IT projects using ITIL methodologies. * Oversee administrative and operational activities of personnel. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Systems. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of Service Desk, ITIL, and project management. * Conversational English (B2+ / C1). * Availability for remote support or site visits to facilities in other states. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $45,000. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Professional and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for development and participation in strategic IT projects.
