We invite you to join our community and participate with us to learn about our company, our culture, and future opportunities. **We are now looking for our next:** MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing planned and predictive maintenance for the conditioning area, in accordance with maintenance procedures and safety, quality, and environmental standards. Your primary objective will be to ensure the reliability and safe operation of conditioning equipment. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's Degree/Engineering in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Language: English (desirable). * Experience: Minimum 5 years leading maintenance teams. * Technical Knowledge: Automation and control, mechanics, electricity, industry, chemistry, maintenance management and administration, continuous improvement tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage maintenance of conditioning equipment, complying with Group safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Ensure operational safety of equipment. * Guarantee production quality according to defined standards. * Coordinate training for technicians and electromechanical staff in the conditioning area to maintain a high technical level. * Manage spare parts and control maintenance expenses, ensuring adherence to budget. * Provide technical support for investment projects and area improvements, ensuring successful start-up. * Ensure proper technical/mechanical operation of conditioning equipment through management of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans. * Guarantee reliability and availability of conditioning equipment. **Location:** L'Oréal San Luis Plant \- San Luis Potosí Don’t miss the opportunity to learn more about the world of beauty.
