We are now seeking our next: **MAQUILA ANALYST** As a Maquila Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity of the maquila partners under your supervision. You will serve as the primary point of contact across the entire supply chain—from material shipment through to release and final delivery of manufactured products. **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade and Business, or related fields. * Language Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English. * Professional Experience: 0–1 year of experience. * Technical Knowledge: Good warehousing practices, ERP systems, procurement techniques, production planning and control, transportation management, supply chain management, and inventory management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure finished product manufacturing by maquila partners, guaranteeing quality and efficiency. * Coordinate component shipments to maquila partners, as well as corresponding returns. * Participate in performance and quality improvement projects—both internally and jointly with suppliers. * Ensure the return of components, empty equipment, scrap, and products designated for destruction. * Make decisions regarding material sourcing for maquila processes. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all processes, adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
