




### **Job Overview** We are seeking a **Human Resources Specialist** with comprehensive experience in **recruitment, personnel administration, and labor relations**, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. The ideal candidate will **manage labor relations through effective communication**, providing **agile and timely solutions** across all HR processes, while ensuring adherence to the **Internal Work Regulations**, the **Federal Labor Law**, and fair treatment of company employees. Additionally, the candidate will be **responsible for the recruitment and selection process**, ensuring the attraction of qualified talent and fulfillment of operational and administrative staffing needs within the region. * **️** **Key Responsibilities** * **Recruit and select staff** for various operational and administrative departments, ensuring alignment with required profiles and time-to-fill targets. * Be **responsible for the employee onboarding process**, ensuring the signing of the hiring documentation package according to personnel intake policies. * **Manage incident tracking**, attendance and tardiness reporting in accordance with Human Resources policies. * **Oversee the performance appraisal process**, coordinating sessions with managers to provide feedback to employees. * **Handle labor relations matters**, employee inquiries, payroll receipt signatures, file updates, and processing personnel actions (absences, leave requests, disabilities, vacations, position changes, and salary adjustments). * **Manage employee offboarding**, ensuring compliance with established exit procedures. * **Follow up on personnel administration tasks** (hires, terminations, modifications, incidents) within the relevant platforms. * **Create and maintain employee personnel files**. * **Respond to IMSS requirements**, including drafting employer letters, managing and receiving disability documents, completing ST7 forms, and submitting clarifying letters. * **Prepare various reports:** exit interviews, national headcount, attendance, tardiness, vacation, and absenteeism reports. ### **Specific Knowledge** * Federal Labor Law (FLL) * ERP and personnel management systems * Personnel administration * Incident and payroll control * Labor relations ### **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in **Office suite (intermediate-to-advanced level)** * Solid understanding of the **Federal Labor Law** * Intermediate knowledge of **ERP systems** * Preparation of **employment contracts, settlement agreements, and administrative reports** ### **Soft Skills** * Organization and attention to detail * Problem-solving * Dynamism and initiative * Analytical ability * Effective communication and teamwork ### **Working Conditions** * **Work Location:** San Luis Potosí * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits, KPI bonus, grocery vouchers, and life insurance If you have experience in **recruitment, labor relations, and personnel administration**, and wish to join a growing company, we look forward to your application!
