We invite you to join our community and participate with us to learn about our company, our culture, and future opportunities. **We are now looking for our next:** WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring plant operational continuity through efficient management of supply storage and transfer, thereby guaranteeing uninterrupted supply to production lines. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * Language Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English. * Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience. * Technical Knowledge: Warehouse management, ERP systems, inventory control, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and manage the forklift operator team, supervising material transfer and storage operations. * Ensure timely supply of materials and supplies to production units and manufacturers, ensuring operational continuity. * Manage the return of materials to their designated locations within the warehouse, maintaining inventory integrity. * Monitor team performance indicators (KPIs), using measurement tools to optimize productivity. * Lead strategic decision-making in transfer, storage, and shipping processes to resolve operational issues. * Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and current quality regulations. **Location:** L’Oréal San Luis Plant – San Luis Potosí Don’t miss the opportunity to learn more about the world of beauty.
