




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with experience in payroll administration, the TRESS system, and incident tracking for a leading company. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for your talent and dedication to fill our position of: Payroll Assistant Requirements Education Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. · Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll preparation and administration. Mandatory experience using the TRESS system. Experience in entering and managing work rosters. Desirable experience in manufacturing companies with operational staff. Experience managing employee rosters of over 200 staff members (desirable). Knowledge TRESS system (mandatory). Entering and updating work rosters and shifts. Incident tracking (absences, tardiness, vacations, leave requests, disabilities, and overtime). Basic payroll calculation. Federal Labor Law. IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Fonacot. Intermediate Excel skills. Personnel file management.
