REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, logistics, or transportation company JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Document receiving - Physical inventory management - Capturing unit status reports - Delivering documents to plant dispatcher, supplier dispatcher, and operations documenter - Registering and monitoring assigned seals for operators to guarantee their availability and correct usage during roadside inspections - Verifying and conducting branch walkthroughs to validate physical inventory of available assets. - Managing and organizing asset documentation to ensure completeness and up-to-date validity, thereby ensuring compliance with all regulations and legal requirements. - Digitizing and submitting loading evidence (invoice and manifest) to maintain efficient document control and continue the billing process. - Verifying and preparing maintenance reports based on findings from walkthroughs or operator reports, to validate equipment status. - Report preparation SCHEDULE: 2 DAYS ON DAY SHIFT: 7 AM TO 7 PM 2 DAYS ON NIGHT SHIFT: 7 PM TO 7 AM 2 DAYS OFF (Due to operational needs, some weeks may require working a 5th day, with additional pay provided) WE OFFER: Weekly salary: $2,564.00 100% IMSS registration Statutory benefits: Infonavit Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) Profit sharing (Utilidades) Vacation premium (Prima vacacional) Direct employment contract with the company In-company professional growth and development program For more information, contact Lic.
