This is your opportunity to join a team committed to operational excellence and professional growth. **We are seeking a proactive, organized Human Resources Generalist** with a strong focus on employee service to work the second shift. **Key Responsibilities:** • Employee onboarding and new-hire follow-up • Employee orientation / training • Direct recruitment tracking • Preparation of pre-payroll • Development of HR policies and procedures • Tracking and management of personnel incidents (leave requests, vacations, medical leaves, terminations) • Calculation of severance payments • Labor relations • Intermediate knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) • Basic knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) **Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Administration, or related field • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role (manufacturing sector preferred) • Intermediate English proficiency **We offer:** • Professional development opportunities within a high-level industrial environment • Benefits exceeding statutory requirements • Transportation to areas surrounding the plant Work schedule: 7:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. Position type: Full-time Benefits: • Major medical expense insurance Work location: On-site employment
