Job Summary: The Inventory Analyst ensures accurate inventory recording and control, reviews files, and follows up on discrepancies to guarantee inventory accuracy and proper document preservation. Job stability and growth opportunities The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate recording of goods receipts and shipments in the system, maintaining inventory control, reviewing operational files, and following up on discrepancies, thereby guaranteeing inventory accuracy and proper documentation of operations. Responsibilities: * Recording goods receipts and shipments in the system. * Inventory control and updates. * Reviewing and preserving operational files. * Preparing inventory reports and metrics. * Identifying and reporting discrepancies. * Tracking warehouse movements. * Handling customs clearance documentation (DODA, customs declarations, files). * Supporting inventory audits. Requirements: * Completed high school education or technical degree. * Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics. * Proficiency in Excel. * Data entry and report preparation skills. * Knowledge of inventory control. * Basic knowledge of customs documentation (DODA, customs declarations). * Flexible working hours.
