Company specialized in industrial warehouses HANSIN M\&C, a company specialized in the design, construction, and maintenance of **industrial warehouses**, has opened a new office in San Luis Potosí and is looking for an **Architect or Civil Engineer** with experience in industrial projects. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction sites and coordinate on-site activities. * Prepare and review construction drawings. * **Quantify materials, calculate structural systems, and prepare cost estimates.** * Control costs, progress, and compliance with specifications. * Participate in industrial maintenance and retrofitting projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * **5 to 10 years of experience** in the construction of industrial warehouses or plants. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit**, and construction site management. * Knowledge of **structural calculations, quantity take-offs, and budgeting.** * Willingness to work on-site. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Professional stability and growth. * Participation in high-level projects.
