As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provides a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anesthesia, and closed-system drug management. Recruiter The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring qualified candidates, contributing to the company's growth and success. Job Description Functions and Responsibilities* Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, reference checks, and job offers. * Utilize diverse recruitment sources, including online job boards, social networks, professional contacts, and recruitment agencies. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. * Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. * Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events. * Maintain up-to-date recruitment records and generate periodic reports. * Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures. * Collaborate in implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
