




Job Summary: Responsible for verifying that automotive repairs and services meet the dealership's and brand's quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality of automotive repairs and services. 2. Conduct final inspections and road tests before vehicle delivery. 3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes. Verify that completed repairs and services comply with the quality standards established by the dealership and the brand. Perform final inspections of vehicles prior to customer delivery. Validate the proper functioning of systems serviced during maintenance or repair. Execute road tests to confirm resolution of reported faults and detect potential anomalies. Review that mechanical, bodywork, painting, or maintenance work has been performed in accordance with established procedures. Ensure service order documentation is complete and accurately recorded. Identify and report rework, deviations, or areas for improvement within the workshop process. Monitor quality and customer satisfaction metrics. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to clarify observations and ensure correct vehicle delivery. Verify vehicle cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition prior to delivery. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal service department processes. Desired Profile: Experience in automotive quality or inspection processes. Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. Valid driver's license and ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
