We offer: - Benefits as stipulated by law - Monthly base salary + bonus for achieving targets - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM, plus rotating weekends Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. - Availability to work the scheduled hours. - Strong verbal communication skills - Excellent personal presentation - Outstanding customer service skills - Proactive attitude Responsibilities: - Ensure an impeccable and excellent customer impression in accordance with established standards. - Achieve 100% routing of all prospects/customers to the appropriate department, delivering exceptional customer service. - Guarantee 95% accurate, complete, and truthful registration of prospect traffic (first visit and follow-up). - Ensure call center (telephone) service and follow-up according to Marketing’s established standards. - Guarantee 100% follow-up and correct capture of digital appointment confirmations and attendance, per Grupo Torres Corzo’s internal platform standards.
