Job Objective: Provide technical support to point-of-sale and office equipment users, ensuring operational continuity at branches. Requirements: • Experience in point-of-sale system support. • Basic SQL knowledge (simple queries). • Ability to manage and resolve issues with ticket printers and office devices. • Basic knowledge of CONTPAQi. • Basic understanding of retail operations (sales, cash closing, inventory, etc.). • Basic networking knowledge (IP configuration, connectivity verification, basic network troubleshooting). • Excellent user service skills and strong communication ability. • Proactive attitude and problem-solving focus. • Availability to work weekends, including Sundays.
