**Job Description** The Production Operator is responsible for assembling, machining, performing quality inspections, tool changes, and supporting the identification and resolution of issues in manufacturing processes and equipment. What You Will Do? § Execute shift startup activities § Mirror inspection § Sanitization of MET stations § Machine startup and shutdown § Calibration of electronic gauges § Assembly of large and small parts including fasteners § Quality inspection § Review and execution of WPO § Monitor tool life § Perform daily MO § Safety walk-through § TCAR generation § Identification of suspect material § Tool change § Scrap material handling § Respond to Andon calls § Machine loading and unloading § Integration meeting § Star point activities Skills § Minimum education: High School § Experience: Not required § Available to work rotating shifts § Focus on standard work § Focus on Quality and safety § Oral, sign language and/or written communication skills § Teamwork § Good physical endurance and coordination. May be required to stand and/or walk for long periods during the day while frequently bending, turning, leaning, and reaching.
