Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise land transportation infrastructure projects, ensuring project compliance and supporting administrative control. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in executing executive projects We are looking for: **"CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION RESIDENT \- Experience in land transportation infrastructure projects"** **Objective:** To carry out supervision-related tasks on the construction site to ensure continuous inspection and monitoring, verify that construction is executed in accordance with the project design and its specifications, and support the Supervision Manager or Site Resident in the administrative control of the project regarding budgets, progress, and scheduling. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer (degree certificate and professional license mandatory) * Preparation of daily logs * Minimum general experience of 8 years as a Construction Supervision Resident, specifically in land transportation infrastructure projects * Knowledge of planning and scheduling related to machinery productivity * Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: Federal, State, Municipal, and Private Public Works Legislation; SCT regulations and construction systems; AASHTO standards for bridges * Valid driver's license **Experience in:** * Developing executive projects * Effectively managing assigned resources, including human and material resources * Regulatory compliance * Execution, supervision, and control of land transportation infrastructure projects **Responsibilities:** * Verify timely and proper execution of construction activities * Document progress tracking of construction works * Prepare and submit reports related to construction progress * Support the administration of human resources under supervision * Manage, supervise, and safeguard company material resources **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Life insurance **For out-of-town candidates:** * On-site camp accommodation * Per diems * Bimonthly leave days Interested candidates must apply through this channel with an updated CV.
