This opportunity is for you. **Initial Location:** San Luis Potosí ✈️ **Projection:** Permanent relocation to the United States in the short term **Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of construction projects, guaranteeing quality, adherence to timelines, cost control, and regulatory compliance, while leading teams and key on-site processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Construction and Management, or Civil Engineering * Valid visa and passport * Advanced English (mandatory) **Knowledge/Experience:** * Mass housing construction processes * Construction scheduling and project management software * Government agency permitting procedures * Contractor and supplier management * Knowledge of construction materials, design, and construction processes * Earthwork operations * Electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary infrastructure * Municipal approvals * Budget preparation and review * Proficiency in **MS Project and AutoCAD** * Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) * Advanced interpretation of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings **Skills/Values:** * Organization * Strong sense of responsibility * Leadership * Decision-making ability * Planning * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement **Interested?** Apply now and take the next step in your professional career.
