Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician with experience in electricity, plumbing, painting, and air conditioning to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of non-industrial facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities 2. Experience in electricity, plumbing, painting, and air conditioning 3. Ability to drive a standard automobile and hold a valid driver's license Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities (NON-INDUSTRIAL) * Electricity * Plumbing * Painting * Air Conditioning Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a standard automobile. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - General Baccalaureate 5 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Proactivity, Working under pressure, Teamwork, Air conditioning, Electricity, Installations, Corrective maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Plumbing, Customer service, Painting Driver's licenses: A Willingness to travel: Yes
