Your mission will be to ensure a secure environment, mitigate risks of theft or damage, and lead the surveillance team toward operational excellence. · Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and train security personnel (in-house or third-party), ensuring 100% compliance with security protocols. Loss Prevention: Conduct random audits at access points, warehouses, and critical areas to prevent shrinkage or unauthorized removals. Incident Management: Serve as first responder during emergencies (e.g., thefts, accidents, or intrusions) and coordinate with relevant authorities. Risk Analysis: Identify vulnerabilities in infrastructure and propose continuous improvement plans. Administrative Control: Prepare executive incident reports, maintain logbook control, and manage security performance indicators (KPIs). Candidate Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum 1.5–2 years in industrial or corporate security supervision roles. Desirable knowledge of supply chain certifications (C-TPAT, BASC, or ISO).
