Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor to coordinate and supervise inventory control, ensuring accurate recording of inventory movements and the reliability of inventory information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of inventory control. 2. Ensuring the reliability of inventory information. 3. Supervision of personnel in the inventory department. A logistics-sector company is looking for an Inventory Supervisor to join our team in San Luis Potosí. The position will be responsible for coordinating and supervising warehouse inventory control, ensuring accurate recording of goods receipts and shipments, as well as the reliability of information recorded in the system. Main Responsibilities: Supervise accurate recording of goods receipts and shipments in the system. Conduct physical and system-based inventory reviews to identify discrepancies. Prepare warehouse movement reports and inventory valuation reports. Follow up on inventory discrepancies or incidents detected. Validate physical and electronic operation files. Coordinate physical, cyclical, and annual inventories. Supervise personnel in the inventory department. Ensure compliance with warehouse control procedures. Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Administration, Accounting, or related field) Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations Experience in physical, cyclical, and annual inventories Proficiency in ERP systems or inventory control software Proficiency in Excel / Office 365 Experience supervising personnel. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, stock, inventory, warehouse, storehouse, storage
