Our company is experiencing rapid growth and we are looking for a strategic partner to support the logistics of our operations in the urban and metropolitan areas of San Luis Potosí. We do not seek someone who simply drives—we seek a professional driver who treats every detail and vehicle as if they were their own. What We Offer? Base Salary: $10,000 net monthly (tax-free). Statutory Benefits: IMSS and Infonavit coverage from day one. Bonus Scheme (Boost your income significantly!): $1,000 monthly for hygiene (personal and vehicle). $1,000 monthly for safe driving and customer service. $1,250 WEEKLY extra ($5,000 monthly) for Operational Excellence (flawless performance and work quality). Potential total income: Up to $17,000 net monthly. Key Responsibilities: Efficient Logistics: Delivery of goods, product pickup, and support in purchasing materials in San Luis Potosí and surrounding areas. Asset Care: Keep the vehicle clean and in optimal condition. Practice defensive driving at all times. Vehicle Operation: Operate ½-ton vans (enclosed van and pickup types) with manual transmission. General Support: Availability for activities related to business growth. Desired Profile: Discipline and Focus: Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain attention on tasks. We seek someone who understands that attention to detail prevents serious problems. Technological Proficiency: Fluent use of mapping applications (Google Maps, Waze, etc.). Service Mindset: Positive attitude and friendly treatment toward both suppliers and customers. Experience: Proven experience operating light-duty cargo vehicles with standard/manual transmission.
