*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for TEC DE MONTERREY in Lomas Del Tecnológico - San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosi** **What will you do?** As a **Security Operations ProTect Supervisor**, you will lead, coordinate, and develop the work team, ensuring effective compliance with operational functions, protocols, and guidelines established by the Institution and the Directorate of Security Risk Management (DGRS); promoting an environment of respect, fairness, equity, and discipline that strengthens team commitment, efficiency, and satisfaction, contributing to achieving campus security and service objectives. **How will you do it?** Your main responsibilities will be: * **Supervise the duties and instructions assigned to Security Officers**, ensuring compliance according to the protocols, procedures, and guidelines established by the Directorate of Security Risk Management (DGRS). * **Manage and coordinate staffing levels**, as well as plan operational needs for different shifts, guaranteeing service coverage and continuity. * **Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies** occurring on campus, in coordination with relevant departments and according to institutional protocols. * **Ensure security services are delivered timely, with quality and a preventive approach**, fostering a safe environment for the entire community. * **Train, coach, and develop Security Officers**, promoting their professional growth and strengthening their operational competencies. * **Verify that Security Officers have the proper equipment, tools, and working conditions** necessary for the efficient and safe performance of their duties. * **Record, document, and report incidents, updates, and operational actions promptly** through the systems established by DGRS, ensuring traceability and compliance with institutional processes. **What are we looking for?** Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Criminology, minimum of 6 months of **supervisory experience**, preferably in educational institutions, **availability to work rotating shifts**, functional knowledge of **Civil Protection**, proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**.
