Job Summary: Develop technologies and methodologies to improve assembly processes, generate documentation, and support the implementation of 5S in production areas, as well as prototype analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Development of new assembly technologies and methodologies 2. Generation of essential technical documentation 3. Support in the implementation and maintenance of 5S Job Objective: Develop new technologies and methodologies to improve various Assembly processes. Support the generation of necessary documentation for different activities, such as Standard Work and Work Instructions. Provide required tools for various workstations. Support the implementation and maintenance of 5S across different production areas. Support prototype assembly runs and special projects based on business needs, including analysis and assembly processes. Required Profile: Education: Mechanical, Mechatronic, Mechanical-Electrical, Industrial Engineer, or related to the metal-mechanical field Experience: 2 to 4 years in the position Knowledge: * Time and motion analysis * Blueprint interpretation * Schematic interpretation (electrical diagrams) * Process and tool validation * Production process optimization * Lean Manufacturing tools * Improvement project development (cost reduction, waste analysis, etc.) * Intermediate to advanced English (to be verified during technical interview) Desirable Knowledge: * Proficiency in Inventor * Project management * Knowledge of welding (TIG/MIG), electricity, or refrigeration.
