Job Summary: Responsible for assisting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal system performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and applications. 2. Perform preventive maintenance and equipment optimization. 3. Manage users, network permissions, and access control. Responsible for assisting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal system performance. * **Installation and Configuration:** Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and enterprise applications. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Perform cleaning tasks, patch updates, and equipment optimization to prevent future failures. * **Account and Access Administration:** Manage users, network permissions, and access control to shared resources. * **Education:** Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related fields, often with technical specialization. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/Linux), office productivity tools (Word, Excel), networking, and increasingly, automation. * **Soft Skills:** Logical thinking, patience, effective communication, and a service-oriented mindset.
