Job Summary: This position involves performing maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities in stores. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration equipment. 2. Carry out electrical, plumbing, and painting work. **Education:** High school diploma; minimum junior high school education **Relevant Experience:** 1 to 2 years. Knowledge of tools, electricity, plumbing, and painting. **Objective:** Meet maintenance needs and ensure equipment and facilities—those directly and indirectly impacting store operations—remain fully operational. **Purpose of the Position** 1\. \-Perform various tasks jointly with the technician: compressor replacement, piping, cold room accessories, repair and replacement of store hydraulic equipment, unclogging store drainage pipes, mosaic replacement or repair. 2\.\-Work according to preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. 3\.\-Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment per the work schedule assigned to each store. 4\.\-Install tarps at stores. 5\.\-Waterproof stores. 6\.\-Medium- and low-voltage electrical work.
