Job Summary: Grupo Madapal is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support the acquisition of goods and services, including inventory tracking, price comparison, and supplier management. Grupo Madapal is looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team! As a Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for efficiently supporting the company’s procurement processes for goods and services. This includes tracking existing inventory, comparing prices and suppliers, and ensuring timely product delivery. We are seeking someone capable of handling multiple tasks with ease while maintaining organization to meet established deadlines. Additionally, you must possess strong file control skills and be able to effectively use an ERP system. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and interacting with suppliers.
