





**Job Objective** Ensure the operational continuity of the company’s technological infrastructure through advanced user support, systems and network administration, perimeter security management, and implementation of cybersecurity best practices. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide second- and third-level technical support to users and critical incidents. * Administer, configure, and maintain end-user operating systems and servers, ensuring access control, permissions, and security policies. * Implement, administer, and monitor security solutions: firewalls, antivirus, and VPNs. * Configure and administer **site-to-site and remote-access VPNs**, firewall rules, NAT, security policies, and network segmentation. * Administer and support network infrastructure: switches, routers, and connectivity devices. * Manage network availability, performance, and security using monitoring tools and best practices (logs, alerts, hardening). * Provide support and administration for enterprise collaboration services: email, file servers, web servers, and intranet. * Support enterprise applications (Office 365, ERP, CRM, Core, or other internal systems). * Interact with servers and database management systems for support and incident resolution. * Document procedures, network diagrams, configurations, and contingency plans. * Support implementation of infrastructure and security improvements, upgrades, and projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field (completed). * **Minimum 3–5 years’ experience** in technical support, networking, and cybersecurity. * Demonstrable experience in **firewall configuration and administration**. * Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT). * Experience administering **Windows Server and Linux** operating systems. * Knowledge of structured cabling and network topologies. * Proficiency with backup, monitoring, and security tools. * Virtualized environments experience preferred (VMware, Hyper-V). * Experience with Office 365 / Azure AD.
