Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor to coordinate and supervise inventory control, ensuring accurate data entry and information reliability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise personnel and comply with warehouse control procedures A logistics sector company is looking for an Inventory Supervisor to join our team in San Luis Potosí. The position will be responsible for coordinating and supervising warehouse inventory control, ensuring accurate recording of goods receipts and shipments, as well as the reliability of information registered in the system. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise accurate recording of goods receipts and shipments in the system. * Conduct physical and system-based inventory audits to identify discrepancies. * Prepare warehouse movement reports and inventory valuation reports. * Follow up on inventory discrepancies or incidents identified. * Validate physical and electronic operation files. * Coordinate physical, cycle, and annual inventories. * Supervise inventory department personnel. * Ensure compliance with warehouse control procedures. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field) * Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse control * Experience in physical, cycle, and annual inventories * Proficiency in ERP or inventory control systems * Proficiency in Excel / Office 365 * Experience supervising personnel
