Growth opportunities and a positive work environment A leading logistics company is seeking: **Human Capital Coordinator / with extensive experience in Personnel Administration and Labor Relations** **Objective:** Coordinate and execute labor relations and personnel administration strategies in accordance with legal requirements, proper labor incident management, and maintenance of a healthy organizational climate, aligned with internal policies and current legislation. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (primarily Excel). Knowledge of Training and Organizational Development. Experience in Personnel Administration. Experience in Labor Relations. Experience in Employee Onboarding and Offboarding. Knowledge of Pre-payroll and Payroll processing.
