Job Summary: Industrial engineering or related field student to perform comprehensive document management for the maintenance system, support FMEA updates, and provide administrative follow-up to standardize processes and improve reliability. Standardize processes and improve reliability **Objective:** Lead comprehensive document management for the maintenance system, ensuring creation, updating, and traceability of equipment information; support FMEA and diagnostic documentation (RCA) updates; and provide administrative follow-up on corrective and preventive maintenance activities to standardize processes, improve reliability, and facilitate decision-making. Enhance maintenance discipline, reduce technical information search time, and increase maintenance system maturity. **Requirements:** Student of Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field (6th semester or later). Valid school-enterprise agreement. Basic English **Responsibilities:** Create and update digital equipment files (manuals, drawings, photos, work order histories, executed PMs). Maintain master equipment list and version control. Develop and standardize SOPs, instructions, checklists, and PM routes. Support updates of equipment/process FMEAs (failure modes, effects, controls, and actions). Link FMEA preventive/corrective actions with the PM plan and track closures. Maintain records of decisions and changes derived from FMEAs. Consolidate monthly executive reports (trends, recurring failures, action progress). Maintain logs and master lists (SOPs, FMEAs, equipment, critical spare parts). Coordinate with Operations/Warehouse/Quality to collect evidence and close gaps. **Knowledge:** Technical writing and document control (SOPs, instructions, checklists). Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Power BI/PowerApps preferred. Fundamentals of preventive/corrective maintenance and reliability (MTBF/MTTR). Preferred: familiarity with FMEA and RCA methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa). **We Offer:** * Monthly academic stipend * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM\-1 PM * Transportation (morning only)
